About the role
Scale customers run hundreds of agents with strict security needs. You’ll be their technical partner: running demos, designing rollouts and making sure the first production deploy goes smoothly.
What you’ll do
Run technical discovery and live demos with engineering teams
Design proof-of-concepts and self-hosted rollouts
Answer security reviews alongside our compliance lead
Turn repeated customer questions into docs and product fixes
What we’re looking for
4+ years in solutions engineering, consulting or backend development
Comfort reading code and debugging customer setups live
Experience with cloud infrastructure and enterprise security reviews
Great listening skills and calm presence on calls
Nice to have
Experience selling developer tools or infrastructure
Prior work with Python or TypeScript agent frameworks
