About the role
Our product has been designed by engineers so far, and it shows. You’ll be the first designer, owning the console, traces, docs and marketing site end to end, with real influence on what we build next.
What you’ll do
Design the Sigil console: traces, costs, deploys and alerts
Build and maintain our design system in Figma and code
Run customer calls and turn what you hear into shipped work
Set the visual direction for the site, docs and launch assets
What we’re looking for
5+ years designing complex products for technical users
A portfolio showing dense, data-heavy interfaces done well
Comfort prototyping in code or close to it
Strong opinions, loosely held, written down
Nice to have
Experience designing developer tools or observability products
Motion or illustration skills for product storytelling
